The first thing God created was Light. "Let there be Light", and there was light. He likens Himself to being the Light of the World. Our life on earth is totally dependent on light. Too little, too much, or not enough of the right spectrum can all cause massive imbalances. Some people are more sensitive than others, but some can develop a "SAD" disorder every year when the lighting per day is too little to meet their unique needs. When left out of balance, or inadequate to meet nutritional needs of their body, this imbalance can eventually lead to symptoms of illnesses and disease.
To keep a healthy balance, we might need to learn to eat differently, more or less, provide supplements our body is lacking from our diet, and exercise. Even when all is going OK, we may find that we feel something is still needing fine tuning. You may find some benefit from Light Therapy.
The color of vegetables often depict the nutrient it is providing, and which enzymes are active in them.
I have taken colored bottles and "solarized" it with the frequency of the color of the bottle. You can readily see a difference in "colored water", and how one feels!
All fabrics, soaps, oils, perfumes, skincare, is actually absorbed in through the skin, into our system, making changes as it goes. Dermal, or transdermal absorption can be a huge benefit to applying medicines, essential oils, homeopathics, and colored light therapy. Spectrachrome is faster, in that it vibrates the heart of the frequency straight to the body's receptors, and goes to work immediately. One can relax and absorb color tonation, and get up refreshed minutes later.
Energy is received, interpreted, and absorbed by our eyes, not only informing us of our environment, but also triggering different physical functions and processes. We are not fully aware of all the frequencies we take in through our eyes, but do realize the importance of lighting spectrums. John Ott, could actually project the sex of Chinchillas with the spectrum of lighting used with their habitat. He also found that it affected the sex of the pumpkin flower blooms, which if not different, cannot pollinate. It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul, and we know how color affects our moods, and energy levels.
