In Deut 32:8, It talks about the fact that God divided up the world and Ethnic groups according to the number of Jews. In other words, if the Jew prospers, and their population is enlarged, then so goes the rest of the world. If their population is killed off, then the rest of the world and it's population will be also, because there is a divine formula from God himself that controls this Ratio: Gentile to Jew.
