But if you are using Netscape 6, we can't get the music to play (which for some won't make too much difference). However, the most exasperating thing is that Netscape 6 will not process the Guestbook properly! What is does on my computer is that after you have nicely formatted your answers in the Guestbook spaces and clicked "Thank You!" (which is the "submit" button), Netscape 6 will open a blank "Compose" window to allow you to send a message to us, nothing more. All the good stuff you have just entered into the Guestbook page is lost! Total frustration!
(This is just my own personal opinion, but I understand that AOL bought Netscape after version 4.7. Version 5, rewritten by AOL, was an absolute loser. Except for processing pictures properly and a few other problems, Netscape version 6 will work for most things, but I see indications in various places that many commercial products state in their literature that they do not support Netscape 6, and I can understand why. I may be barking up a dangerous tree, but I have a hunch that AOL is trying to kill Netscape just like Microsoft bought Foxpro and let it die, and another company did the same with dBase.)
If you are on Netscape 6 and want to send a reply using the Guestbook, I suggest you either revert to Netscape 4.7 (which worked very well before AOL bought the company), or use Microsoft Internet Explorer, which works very well under all conditions, and is standard equipment on all computers sold for the past several years.
